Children with disabilities: the case of Franck Ngandeu.

At just 20 years old, Franck has already repeated his 9th grade twice. A difficult setback for this young man with neurological disorders, whose educational system doesn't sufficiently accommodate his needs. Some specialists refer to cerebral palsy, others to autism, or even the consequences of fetal distress. Like him, many young people are often hidden at home, fearing judgment and shame.
